Welcome to Missionaries of Faith!
Responding to the call of Our Lady of Champion and following the example of Sr. Adele Brise, all teachers and catechists are called to go forth on mission to share the Good News of God's love with all the world.
Like Sr. Adele, many teachers and catechists often feel they do not have the necessary formation required for this mission. Missionaries of Faith is designed to form teachers and catechists in the gift of the Catholic faith they are entrusted to hand on to the children, young people, and families of our diocese.
The Missionaries of Faith program is comprised of six core courses: Creed, Liturgy & Sacraments, Christian Morality, Prayer, Sacred Scripture, and Catechesis 101.
Each course is designed to form teachers and catechists as missionary disciples through the prayerful study of the teachings of Jesus and His Church. Each lesson will invite participants to discover their faith in Jesus, know the Catholic faith in depth, live their faith faithfully, and share their faith with joy!
